Cancellation Policy:
- Orders placed with Cash on Delivery (COD) can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team at [Your Contact Information].
- Refunds for canceled COD orders will be processed with a deduction of 100/- from the total order amount.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
- The Goods are in the original packaging
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Refund Policy:
- If you have paid through any electronic mode (Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, etc.), the entire order amount will be refunded.
- For COD orders, the refund amount will be the exact price paid, minus 100/-.
- Refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days from the date of cancellation.
Seven Days Replacement:
- In case you receive a defective or damaged product, you are eligible for a Seven Days Replacement.
- Please inform us within seven days of receiving the order, and we will arrange for a replacement.

Conditions for Refund:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- Tags, if any, should not be removed or tampered with.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
